Just this weekend I was reading a favorite magazine. It listed the three risk factors most likely to lead to cancer (according to data from the American Cancer Society):
1. Inactivity
2. Obesity
3. Tobacco

All three of these are things that can easily be changed and without a lot of money.
In my last blog I talked about activity and that “Activity is the law of life”. Isn’t it amazing that one of the top factors most likely to lead to cancer is inactivity!!
There is a chinese proverb that I like: “A thousand mile journey begins with one step.”
