Sleep is vital for a healthy body.
It is important to get enough quality sleep.
During rest, the body grows, heals and restores itself.
If there is a deprivation of sleep, the body can’t rebuild itself.
Continued sleep loss can result in depression, exhaustion and weakened immune system.
