Take time to separate yourself from the hustle and bustle of the holiday season to give thanks for the things in life that you are blessed with. A grateful, thankful attitude promotes healing, physically, mentally and spiritually.
The year has flown by and I have not met all my goals, but, in spite of some trying times, hardships and adversity, there is much to be thankful for!
Stop each day to take a moment to give thanks and find something good for which you are grateful.
Share with someone something you are thankful for.
Have a wonderful and blessed Thanksgiving Day!
We are thankful for the gift of healing in food and herbs and natural substances like green clay and charcoal. We are thankful for family, friends and all our patients and wish everyone health and healing in their journey.
